Extremely satisfied with service. Gave estimate promptly , price was as expected. Came on day promised to do work. Miscommunication resulted in wrong plug and circuit breaker but returned with proper parts and installed within a couple of hours. I would not hesitate to recommend in the future. I do not normally give top score to anyone.

I received a call from Heath on my request for services the same day it was submitted to Homeadviser. He asked a few questions to understand exactly what i was looking for and scheduled a walk-through. He made sure we had addressed all of our concerns and offered advice to future lighting needs and additional outlets and switches. The quote was sent that same night and work was scheduled to meet our timeline. During the work effort, there was a delay from Duke Energy to cut power so they could install the new service line and box, which would have thrown the timetable off for the other work, but they stepped up their game and started on the house rewiring project. The power finally was cut and work on service line was completed, however it was after normal working hours before Duke could get back and reset power. They stayed after hours to make sure there was no issues on resumption of power to the temporary power areas previously completed. This dedication to customer satisfaction and comfort and safety is rarely seen these days. I would highly recommend to anyone needing upgrades to house wiring and service upgrades this company. Kudo's to all of them.

My wife and I chose this business because their rates were very reasonable and fair. We found the electricians very professional, clean and courteous. First, we contacted them about our remodeling job and they got back to us very quickly. They came out to our place and gave us a free estimate. While discussing the job, they were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Even though my wife is deaf, they made sure she felt involved in the discussion by explaining things more clearly. They didn't talk over our heads and they explained everything in simple terms. After we contacted several other electricians, they gave us quotes that we thought were outrageous. These guys had the best rates that we thought were fair and not a rip-off like others so we appreciated their integrity. Before they came and during the job, if we had any questions or concerns, they were quick to respond. They showed up on time, did everything in timely manner and cleaned up after the job was done. Overall, they did an excellent job! TWO THUMBS UP to them! Basically, if you have any job that requires electrical work, big or small, these are the guys you should call. Side note: to let you know what kind of guys they are...after the job was finished and I paid them, I told them that I was having a problem with the attic fan. After all of their tools and equipment were put up in their truck, they offered to climb back up in the attic and take a look at the fan for free to see what the problem was, which they found. That's the kind of service that we really appreciate and it's hard to find in other companies.

Had Viper install a sub panel for my basement. They were prompt to stop by and view the job. Their price was very good, and they scheduled the work for 2 days later and completed it with in a couple hours. Great work, great price, and great customer service!

I initially contacted Viper Electric because several outlets-including my tankless water heater-did not have power to them, though all breakers in the panel seemed fine, and breaker resets did nothing. After putting in my HomeAdvisor request it was just a minute or two before they had called me, and arranged to come directly out to the house. They were in my driveway within 30 minutes. Just as they were rolling up I had stumbled across the solution to the problem (the GFCI outlet in one of the bathrooms was tripped, and everything else that was out was linked to it). When I asked if this was normal and whether we should change this to put everything that had gone out on it's own breaker in the breaker box, they informed me that it was a fairly standard practice in a house this age and recommended I leave it. So since they were already here, I asked them to replace two outlets that were faulty (one would no longer hold a plug firmly, the other one had a broken piece. They replaced these very quickly, tested them, and only charged me the trip charge. In summary: They were very quick, professional, friendly, and didn't try to "up-sell" me on work that wasn't necessary. I would definitely recommend them, and will use them again the next time we need something done (bathroom fans, I'm thinking). Thanks guys!
